We could all use a better night sleep! And a company by the name of Hillary’s has created a calculator to do just that!
The calculator will automatically figure out what time you should fall asleep for maximum energy and not hating your life as much.
It works by counting in Sleep cycles a long with factoring in what time you have to wake up.
Be aware it takes the average person about fourteen minutes to fall asleep, so you should plan accordingly.
So cheers to a good night sleep and not wanting to rip the heads off all your co workers!
